Hybrid Position | Phoenix, Arizona

We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to join our growing Human Resources team. This position supports Clin-Path Associates (CPA), Clin-Path Diagnostics (CPD), and Pathology Billing Services (PBS).

This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and building positive relationships throughout an organization. The ideal candidate is organized, customer-service focused, and excited to help attract and onboard top talent while supporting employees throughout their employment journey.

Work Schedule

  • Hybrid position
  • Typically 2-3 days per week onsite following an initial onboarding and training period
  • Monday through Friday business hours

What You'll Do

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for positions across multiple healthcare organizations
  • Create and post job advertisements
  • Screen candidates and conduct phone interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department leaders
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Prepare offer letters and coordinate pre-employment activities
  • Participate in recruiting events and workforce development initiatives

Onboarding & New Hire Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees
  • Conduct New Hire Orientation
  • Ensure completion of employment documentation and onboarding requirements
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and required training
  • Support new employees throughout the onboarding process

Employee Support

  • Assist employees with HR-related questions and concerns
  • Support employee relations matters and workplace concerns
  • Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to HR leadership
  • Assist with employee engagement and retention initiatives
  • Support HR compliance and administrative activities

HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance activities
  • Support special projects and organizational initiatives as assigned

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two (2) years of Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or related experience
  • Experience supporting full-cycle recruitment activities
  • Experience coordinating onboarding and new hire processes
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Healthcare industry experience
  • Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Familiarity with JazzHR, eBacon, or similar HR and payroll platforms
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
